Literally translated as “Grand Ultimate Fist”, Tai Chi Chuan was originally developed as a martial art in China, but over the years has gained popularity as an exercise for health and meditation. The class will introduce the participants to the basic concepts on which this discipline is based and to the practice of a few basic movements.
